The tsunami recovery fund of the EFC of Canada Mission (Japan Disaster Recovery Fund) currently stands at about $55,000. These donations have come mostly from EFC churches and individuals across Canada, but also from donors in the US.

Other than some limited initial recovery ministry setup expenses and the required 10% EFCCM fee levied on all special project donations, the recovery fund will be used directly for recovery projects.

Dale and Ann, who lead the recovery ministry, do not access the EFCCM tsunami recovery fund for their own living expenses in Japan or the expenses they incur while leading the tsunami recovery ministry.
